Vladimir Quesada Araya (born 12 May 1966) is a former Costa Rican soccer player who played his entire career with Deportivo Saprissa, during the 1980s and 1990s.
With Saprissa, he won five national championships, as well as two CONCACAF Champions Cups.
He was part of the national team squad, that played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup held in Italy.[1] Nicknamed 'Muñequito', the defender collected over 30 caps for the "Tico's". He played his last international on November 24, 1996 against Guatemala.
After retiring, he coached in Saprissa's minor league system,[2] before being signed this year as Santos de Guápiles coach, of Costa Rica's first division.
